The pop sensation Rihnna is set to take over from Megan Fox as the new face of Armani. Starting this fall she will be the new face and body of Emporio Armani jeans and underwear. She joins a long line of beauties who have featured in these ads such as the Beckhams and Christiano Rinaldo . The adds have apparently been shot in New York and will be released this September.
The 23-year-old jetted over to Milan in May to close the deal with Roberta Armani, and label boss Giorgio Armani announced the new appointment to the brand on Monday. In a statement, he said that the S&M singer would be ‘the new global testimonial for Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans from autumn/winter 2011-12.’ Megan Fox will however stay on as the face of Giorgio Armani beauty. Armani campaigns are renowned for the sexy, edgy ads and teamed with Rihanna they are sure to be a treat. All I can say is BAZINGA!
